Yes. Each service gets its own duration, and each team member gets tagged with what they offer. A balayage appointment books differently than a men's cut. Bunta matches the service to the right stylist or practitioner and finds a slot that fits the actual time needed.
Bunta sends confirmations right after booking and can handle rescheduling calls automatically. If someone cancels, the slot opens back up immediately. You can also set rules for how last-minute cancellations are handled — whether that's offering the slot to a waitlist or flagging it for your team.
Each team member sets their own business hours, days off, and break times. When a client calls asking for a specific person, Bunta checks their availability and books accordingly. If they're not available, it can suggest the next opening or offer another team member who handles the same services.
Bunta recognises returning callers and knows their history — who they usually see, what services they get, when they last came in. So when a regular calls, it can say 'Would you like to book with Sarah again?' instead of starting from scratch.
